The challenges
A space to learn and connect
The leadership team needed more than just casual networking. They were looking for a safe, structured space to connect with peers, share ideas, and learn from others facing similar challenges.
Unclear growth direction
Dreamtex was ready to grow, but the route wasn’t obvious. Should they expand into the EU market? Explore manufacturing? They needed support to define the right strategic direction.
Process gaps and inefficiencies
Internally, they wanted to understand the full order journey — every step from product creation through to retailer delivery. Mapping the entire process would help highlight where things could be improved and where inefficiencies were holding them back.
Strategic support from the start
Dreamtex first met Jason Kingston through a programme two years ago, where they began working on strategic growth planning.
Joining the Pioneers Breakfast
After seeing the value of that early work, Dreamtex signed up to the Cube Thinking Pioneers Breakfast programme: regular monthly sessions offering peer learning, structured education, and ongoing strategic support. The mix of coffee mornings, power hours and expert input gave the leadership team clarity and momentum.
End-to-end process mapping
Together, we process mapped the full order journey — from product setup to retailer delivery, identifying hidden inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This created clarity across teams and helped strengthen internal systems.
